Proseal Launches Tray Sealers At Foodex Proseal is to launch two machines at Foodex, demonstrating the company's ability to offer a tray-sealing solution to meet small-scale production through to the fastest packing lines. The T2 is a hand-operated tray-sealing machine with a manual-feed system, which is capable of up to six cycles a minute. It is suitable for trials or development work, small-scale production or in food shops and delicatessens. The GT3 tray sealer is capable of sealing in excess of 150 trays a minute and is suitable for fast production lines, such as meat products and fresh fruit. Throughput speeds are maximised due to a three-axis servo-drive tray-transfer system, which can automatically adjust for different tray heights.
