Acromag Expands Busworks Range
Acromag has introduced the 967EN and 968EN Busworks Ethernet I/O modules with distributed I/O and SCADA. These models provide an eight-channel interface for differential analogue voltage or current input signals. Each model is available in industrial and commercial-grade versions, which reduces the cost of applications that do not need wide operating-temperature ratings, advanced signal processing or hazardous-location safety approvals. The units feature a signal integrator/totaliser function, peer-to-peer messaging and -40 to +70C capability. They are designed to meet UL/cUL Zone 2 Class 1 Division 2 ABCD requirements. All units provide 16-bit A/D conversion of sensor inputs for Modbus TCI/IP control network communication. Two models, each with eight differential analogue inputs, support a variety of I/O ranges. The 967EN accepts DC current with +/-20mA, 0-20mA or 4-20mA input ranges. The 968EN accepts +/-5V or +/-10V ranges. Fast scanning updates all eight-channels in less than ...
