Keil Supports Atmel SAM3N Series

Keil announce immediate support for the Atmel SAM3N series in the Keil MDK-ARM (Microcontroller Development Kit).

The Atmel SAM3N is the first Cortex™-M3 device family to offer capacitive touch support. The SAM3N combines numerous sensor interfaces, a rich set of peripherals, and up to 256KB Flash with low voltage and low power operation.

The SAM3N series is a general-purpose microcontroller targeted at applications including consumer, industrial control, metering, toys, medical, test and measurement, 802.15.4 wireless networking, and PC, cell phone and gaming peripherals.

MDK-ARM

The latest release of MDK-ARM supports the Atmel SAM3N series. It includes set-up files, device-specific views, and example projects. MDK features the industry-standard compiler from ARM®, the Keil µVision4 IDE, the full featured RTX RTOS, and sophisticated analysis tools. It is specifically optimized for single-chip, high performance devices such as the SAM3N series.
