Keil Extends Support of the Fujitsu FM3 Family of Cortex-M-based Devices

Keil™announces immediate support for the Fujitsu MB9A1xx in the Keil MDK-ARM.

The Fujitsu MB9A1xx family, based on the ARM® Cortex™-M3 core, extends the FM3 family to a total of 96 devices. The family features advanced peripheral functions from the FR family including high speed 12 bit A/D converters, a rich array of timers, and USB 2.0 Host/Function. The high-speed CPU, flash memory, peripherals, and the ability to operate with a wide range of voltage (2.7 to 5.5V), makes the devices ideally suited for a wide range of applications, including, home appliances, digital consumer products, audio products, and office automation applications.

MDK-ARM

The latest version of MDK-ARM supports the Fujitsu MB9A1xx device family. It includes Fujitsu set-up files, device-specific views, and example projects.

MDK features the industry-standard compiler from ARM, the Keil µVision®4 IDE/debugger,the full featured RTX RTOS, and sophisticated analysis tools which when used with the ULINKpro deliver code coverage and execution profiling. It is specifically optimized for single-chip, high performance devices such as the Fujitsu FM3 MCU family.
